  • 1 ramen Instant noodles: pack (preferably a brand like Samyang Buldak)
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 sauce: Soy teaspoon
  • 1 sugar: Brown teaspoon
  • 2 Garlic: cloves (minced)
  • Ginger: ½ teaspoon (grated)
  • 1 oil: Vegetable tablespoon
  • 1 oil: Sesame teaspoon
  • Red chili flakes: ½ teaspoon (optional, for extra heat)
  • 1 Scallions: (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 seeds: Sesame teaspoon (for garnish)
  • Cheese: ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar (optional, for a creamy twist)
Instructions
    Cook the Noodles:
  1. Boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the water, leaving just a little in the pot to help mix the sauce.
  2. Prepare the Sauce:
  3. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
