- Add the Nutrela soya chunks to the boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes until they become soft.
- Drain the water and rinse the soya chunks under cold water. Squeeze out the excess water and set aside.
Cook the Onion-Tomato Base
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic, ginger, and green chili, and sauté for another minute.
- Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
